A Baker Street Mystery
A Study in Scarlet by Sir Arthur Conan DoyleSherlock Holmes seemed delighted at the idea of sharing his rooms with me. “I have my eye on a suite in Baker Street,” he said, “which would suit us down to the ground.”

So many great mysteries have begun at 221B Baker Street. However, in my latest story, The Tenant of Baker Street, Holmes and Watson find themselves investigating the past of their home itself.
It is one of the adventures in a pair of new anthologies from Belanger Books, covering the first two years of Holmes and Watson’s investigative partnership. The collections, A Year of Mystery 1881 and 1882, each contain a new case for every month, and The Tenant of Baker Street is the mystery for January 1882, one year after Holmes and Watson first met. Both volumes feature gorgeous covers by Jeffrey McKeever, illustrator of stories for The Strand Magazine.
The books are currently available to pre-order on Kickstarter at https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/belangerbooks/sherlock-holmes-a-year-of-mystery-1881-and-1882/. They are available in electronic, paperback, and limited edition hardback formats. The campaign runs until 5 November 2021, and the books are due to be published in December.
