In League with Sherlock Holmes
The Red-Headed League is my favourite Sherlock Holmes story by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and it has inspired me to write stories for two forthcoming collections of traditional pastiches.

The first story is a prequel to the classic adventure, where we learn more about The Crimes of John Clay. It is being published in Part XXIII of The MX Book of New Sherlock Holmes Stories, one of the latest volumes in the world’s largest collection of Sherlock Holmes stories. The theme of these volumes is Some More Untold Cases, and all the stories are based on adventures which are alluded to, but not expanded upon in the original canon.

My second story, set after the events of the original, appears in Beyond the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes from Belanger Books. In The Reformation of the Red-Headed League, Holmes and Watson are called upon to investigate a bank robbery which seems to have been committed by the reformed League. This collection will include all the stories published in The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, alongside brand new sequels.
Both collections are now raising funds on Kickstarter:
